My roommate during my senior year at Tech was one of the shortest people I ever knew. She was just barely tall enough to get into the military, and she had to tackle all kinds of obstacles caused by her lack of stature (mainly a lot of short jokes made by her snarky, wise-ass roommate). Today, my former roommate is a lieutenant colonel in the US Air Force. And I’m still teasing her about her height
